WHAT IS A COMMISSION?

Put simply, it’s a paid art project! Purchase a slot and I can draw either of these options for you:

• Charming animal/pet portraits

• Colorful human portraits

• Cute fan art

All portraits will be up to 5 colors, painted in gouache on watercolor paper, and sent to you through the post office. Since you are in this tier, you can select up to 2 character slots for just $12 each and with free shipping! If you want more, please message me first, but understand that it might affect your delivery date~

How is this better than publicly-released commissions?

Storybook patrons get to keep an original gouache painting of their commission and a digital copy upon request, whereas the public only has the option for a digital commission.

Storybook patrons also get more value for their dollar. With a Storybook sub on Patreon, you can receive one sticker, one print, two commission slots, original painting(s), a 10% off coupon, and other digital perks for $50-75 total. Non-patrons receive one digital commission for $55-60. Outside of my commission launches, I charge $250 for any commissioned physical painting, so Storybook patrons definitely get the best deals of the year~

WHAT’S THE PROCESS?

1. Select the amount of slots you want and Add to Cart.

2. A Portrait Commission Form will pop up shortly after. Please fill this out. If you’re not sure what you want, answer to the best of your ability and we can revisit later via email.

3. Check out your cart to secure your slot(s).

4. Sit tight and wait for an email from hello@kluia.co! Here, you can send all your reference images and specific commission details.

5. Final paintings will be delivered via snail mail. Tracking info and digital copies will be sent via email!
